Shard Place marks the third phase of the 2.5 million sq ft regeneration of Shard Quarter in London Bridge, providing a mixed-use destination of commercial, retail, leisure and residential assets. Residents will have exclusive access to a private roof garden on the 16th floor and outdoor swimming pool on the 27th floor.
